Small Group Series Program

This program is designed for upper mid-level leaders who report directly to executives and senior leaders and whose job function has a direct impact on the entity’s bottom line. It is designed to push the envelope of possibilities for accelerated tangible success as well as transfer knowledge, skills acquisition and practice in an intimate environment where team/group camaraderie and support are easily accessible. These individuals are currently high performing upper level and mid-level managers.
